Machine Learning-Based Aesthetic Music Education Informatics Assessment Method

Purpose. An instrumental mechanism for the identification, theoretical substantiation, and introduction of didactic conditions is a dynamic functional-structural model that performs orientation, managerial, formative, analytical functions in optimal organization students’ independent educational activity with use information communication technologies. Method. During research, comprehensive target program research experimental work was developed, which based on step-by-step implementation model, its effectiveness proved. Findings. The integration traditional electronic learning technologies within framework ensured systematic, planned, optimized organization, enhanced control diagnostic procedures autonomous skills due to requirements manufacturability, adaptability, laid down tried-and-tested models blended learning. Following completion work, quantitative, qualitative, statistical analyses revealed positive dynamics levels students technological pedagogical specialties motivational, content, operational, productive criteria group. Implications Research Practice. According results groups, statistically significant were recorded: 10% more became high level activity, 13.3% ones sufficient level, thus number indicators critical insufficient decreased 23.3%.
